250 g ground pork
125 g ground pork fat
5 g grated ginger (½ tablespoon)
2 g sesame oil (½ teaspoon)
6 g chopped scallions (¼ cup)
17 g diced carrots
5 g minced garlic (½ tablespoon)
15 g seasoning sauce (1 tablespoon)
15 g light soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
2 g salt (¼ teaspoon)
7.5 g granulated sugar (½ tablespoon)
5 g ground black pepper (½ tablespoon)
¼ cap Chinese rice wine (5 g)
